Reordering places

You can re-order and re-categorize places by dragging and dropping:

Drag and drop places between days and categories to move them around.

Use this when you are shuffling days around your itinerary.

When dragging and dropping on a mobile device, look for the little drag handles:

Tap and hold the small handle to drag and drop on mobile devices.

Deleting places

To delete a place, open it and click the small menu on the bottom and then click Delete:

Delete a place by opening it and selecting the delete action from the extended menu.

Copying places

To copy a place, open the place and then select Copy place from the extended menu (same place where Delete place is located; see above).

This will create a copy of the place and you can then move to where you need.

Archiving places

To archive a place, open the place and then select Archive this place from the extended menu (same place where Delete place is located; see above).

This will mark the place as archived and hide it from the workspace by default.

Archived places are:

  • Not included in the story
  • Not synced to your calendar
  • Not shown by default

This is useful when you have multiple options that you want to keep just in case or you may want to visit in the future or you’re still considering it as an option or backup.

To toggle your archived places:

Archived places are hidden by default.
